Inspired Palates

Clutch your pearls and fill your glasses, the Cummer Museum is throwing a dinner party! This avant-garde series of dinners will inspire your palate and spark your creative energies, all to support bringing an exciting and diverse calendar of exhibitions and related programming to the Jacksonville community.

The Cummers were known to be legendary hosts. Here is your chance to join the Museum in celebration of the stories behind the artwork featured in the Museum’s annual exhibition calendar. community.

All Dinner Party guests will enjoy beer, wine, hors d’oeuvres, themed music, artful experiences, and dinner. VIP guests will enjoy a private art tour with selections chosen to complement each event, along with a signature cocktail prior to the start of the evening, from 5:30 to 6 p.m.

Thu, Jun 13, 2019| 6 to 9 p.m.

Travel back to the decadent cafes of France, when the can-can was unconventional and the parties extravagant. Gather like the artists of the cabaret, Le Chat Noir, to enjoy music as lively as the conversation and cuisine as “haute” as the fashion. Dress in anything that is très chic and brings you closer to the world of French Moderns: Monet to Matisse, 1850–1950. Your presence this evening not only gives the Museum a certain “je nais sais quoi”, but you will have access to an exclusive first look of this new exhibition.

Single Dinner:
VIP | $250
General | Members $150, Non-Members $175
Young Professionals (40 and under) | Members $100, Non-Members $125
