Make & Take Tuesday: Coat of Arms

In the Middle Ages, knights had a coat of arms – a special symbol that represented the Knight’s family so he could be recognized while wearing his armor. Learn about coat of arms history and meanings and design your own using symbols that reflect your family, values, beliefs, or achievements. After designing it you will use clay to make a shield-shaped sculpture that will bear your coat of arms.
