Not feeling the love this Valentine’s Day season? Not to worry, the Cummer Museum has you covered! Our Visitor Experience Manager, Amber Angeloni, will lead you on a walking tour of the Cummer Museum’s permanent collection and regale you with stories of love gone awry, feuds between artists, and even death. It’s the best kind of relationship drama—the kind you can enjoy from afar! Then, round out your evening with a very special prix fixe dinner in the Cummer Café.

First Course

Sweet Corn Bisque with creme fraiche and basil oil

Classic Tomato Bruschetta with house-made crostini 

Baby Blue Salad with tossed baby lettuces, orange supremes, strawberries, blue cheese, spiced pecans and balsamic vinaigrette

Second Course

Shrimp & Grits with sautéed shrimp, red peppers, green onions, cherry tomatoes, in a white wine butter sauce served over creamy polenta

Seared Sirloin with creamed spinach, fingerling potatoes, au jus

Grilled French Style chicken breast with potato puree, shaved rainbow carrot medley and supreme sauce

Third Course

Olive Oil cake with mascarated berries and triple sec whipped cream

Chocolate Mousse with almond brittle
